published bi-monthly (6 times per year). 
We will make an effort to honor all claims
of non-receipt that are received within
60 days (in USA and Canada) and 90
days (all other countries) from the
issue date.

Please note that all subscription-
related correspondence should include
the subscriber's name, address, and
account number (if applicable).

      **To qualify for the pre-approved subscriber rate, you must be an active member of a society or an attendee of
